The successful candidate will be responsible for covering inspections throughout Surbiton, Kingston, Sutton, Egham, West London and North West London. The diverse role will also involve office based duties including general admin and proof reading of property inventories plus, during our busiest periods, occasional inventory and check-in inspections. The work split will be approximately 3-4 days out and 1-2 days office based. You'll need property inspection experience, excellent people skills, a keen eye for detail, good punctuality record, clean driving licence, fluent English, IT knowledge and a mobile phone. Working 9am-6pm Monday-Friday, you’ll be helping us with managing property inspection bookings, proof reading inventory reports, handling enquiries, answering phones, meeting and greeting visitors, running diaries and other general admin and customer service tasks. If you’re confident, experienced, have plenty of initiative and a great eye for detail, we’d like to hear from you. You’ll be a brilliant communicator, well-organised with excellent written and fluent spoken English and strong IT skills. It’s a permanent role, 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch.
